MISS JADE
Miss Jade is the Principal owner of Zenzero Performing Arts School.
She is the Musical Theatre teacher for juniors, intermediates and seniors, our Acro (Gymnastics) coach and our RAD Grade 1 teacher.
Jade is a proud graduate of the Musical Theatre programme at Colchester Institute, where she earned a BA(HONS). Both within her degree training and as part of the Musical Theatre programme at Canterbury College, as well as teaching, Jade has also loved being involved in Pantomimes, Showcases and Musicals, both amateur and Professional.
Aswell as running and teaching for Zenzero, Miss Jade also teaches for babyballet® in Ashford and Canterbury. Jade also has a passion for care, and has been working as a private carer for the previous 10 years.
Jade thrives on seeing people achieve their goals, and is thankful for the opportunity to nurture, advise and teach those working towards accomplishing their aims.
MISS KATIE
Miss Katie teaches our RAD Ballet classes for Grade 2 & 3 and our contemporary classes. Her dance background includes professional training in ballet, contemporary and jazz dance techniques at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. Her first job on completing her degree was as an animateur for Rambert Dance Company. Over the last ten years she has been teaching both in secondary and higher education. Miss Katie managed a dance department in an inner-city London school and lectured at the Faculty of Education, Royal Academy of Dance, London.
Alongside teaching for Zenzero Performing Arts she currently works as a freelance dance practitioner and is studying for a PHD this year, after gaining a scholarship with London College of Fashion and Studio Wayne McGregor. Miss Katie particularly enjoys teaching in an environment that encourages learning dance technique in a fun and enjoyable way. Miss Katie is also a Mummy to Matilda!
